= O Secretário da Educação, à vista do que lhe representou o Dirigente do Departamento de Recursos Humanos e considerando a necessidade de estabelecer diretrizes para o cumprimento do disposto na Lei Complementar 1.093, de 16-07-2009,

= Resolve:

= Artigo 1&o= rdm; - Os docentes temporários que não obtiveram os índices mínimos de aprovação fixados no processo de avaliação previsto no artigo 2º da Resoluçã= ;o SE 91, de 8 de dezembro de 2009, não poderão ser designados para exercício nas Oficinas Pedag&oacu= te;gicas das Diretorias de Ensino ou no posto de trabalho de Professor Coordenador.<= o:p>

= Artigo 2&o= rdm; - para os docentes abrangidos pelo disposto no § 2º do artigo 2&ord= m; da Lei Complementar 1.010, de 1º de junho de 2007, o aproveitamento de= , no mínimo, 50% (cinquenta por cento) na prova objetiva do concurso público de provas e títulos a ser realizado pela Secretaria de Estado da Educação em 2010 ou na prova de promoç&atild= e;o de que trata a Lei Complementar 1.097, de 27-10-2009, poderá ser considerado como de participação e aprovação na prova do processo seletivo de que trata o artigo 1º desta resolução.

= Artigo 3&o= rdm; - Os docentes que se encontram designados nas Oficinas Pedagógicas das Diretorias de Ensino ou no posto de trabalho de Professor Coordenador e que não alcançarem os índices de pontuação fixados no artigo 2º da Resolução SE 91/2009, poder&atil= de;o permanecer designados até a divulgação dos resultados = dos eventos citados no artigo anterior.

Artigo 3º - Os docentes que se encontram designados nas Oficinas Pedagógicas das Diretorias de Ensino ou no posto de trabalho de Professor Coordenador e que não alcançaram os índices de pontuação fixados no artigo 2º da Resolução SE 91, de 8.12.2009, poderão permanecer designados até a divulgação = dos resultados do processo de avaliação anual subsequente de que trata o inciso I do artigo 1º das Disposições Transitórias da Lei Complementar 1.093, de 16-07-2009.” (NR)
